Body Shell: 1978 Wide Track Tarmac specification professionally built 2012. Fully strengthened and gusseted heavy duty body shell. 12 point bolt in roll cage with intrusion bars. CAMS Certificate.
Suspension: Fully adjustable front suspension with bump steer adjusters, tarmac tension struts.
Short Bilstein tarmac dampers, 2 ¼ turn steering rack. Vented 10.5″ floating discs.
Rear – Fully floating rear axle with Kazz L.S.D and vented 10.5″ discs. 5 link with parabolic slipper springs with Bilstein Group 4 dampers. Hydraulic fly off hand brake.
Electrical and Fuel: Fully fused and relayed system with driving light circuits. Engine oil pressure controlled twin pumps. Alloy Group 4 fuel tank with swirl pot, filters and pressure gauge. VDO electronic 0-10,000 rpm rev counter and VDO electronic speedo driven off front wheel in original RS instrument panel. Halda Twinmaster.
Engine: Chassis mounted CAMS sealed 2.0 litre steel HE Ford Duratec Cosworth pistons and big valves, special head and titanium retainers. Power to 9500rpm. Dry sump system, rear mounted alloy tank. F4 type stainless steel exhaust manifold, 50mm Weber carburettors with MBE 9Ai ignition ECU. Engine has done 1200km since rebuild April 2014.
Transmission: Tran-X 1:1 5th (ZF ratios) Dog gearbox
Wheels and Tyres: 8×8″ X 13 Group 4 wheels, and 4×10″ X 13 Group 4 wheels. Various tyres.

This is a very competitive and nostalgic car with strong well built components and well sorted for tarmac events. It has competed in the Leadfoot Festival NZ 2013 and has many local class wins and class records. Class winner Queensland Super Sprint Series 2015.
